Douglas Tallamy, award-winning author of Bringing Nature Home, will speak at the Ogunquit Playhouse June 27th.

He will take us on an in-depth journey into how native plants sustain the local food web, and what we can do to make our landscapes into living ecosystems once again. You will come away motivated to become part of the solution by planting native plants and gardening for wildlife!

“…Douglas Tallamy presents a powerful and compelling illustration of how the choices we make as gardeners can profoundly impact the diversity of life in our yards, towns and on our planet.”

-William Cullina,  Executive Director

Coastal Maine Botanical Garden

Doug Tallamy is a Professor of Entomology and Wildlife Biology at the University of Delaware, where he has taught for 34 years and authored 84 research publications.
